When Ricarda Bauernfeind joined TEAMVISION in 2024, she was already considered as one of Germany’s most promising GC talents in women’s cycling. Her path, however, had been shaped by challenging phases following injuries. Together we were able to manage a successful transfer and develop a sporting and contractual framework that supports the next step in her career – providing stability, perspective and ample room for her potential to unfold.
